Biography:
He was born December 10, 1938 in the city of Yalta Crimean ASSR.
In 1944, along with the entire Tatar population of Crimea, he was deported to Uzbekistan, lived with his family in Samarkand.
He graduated from A. Navoi Samarkand State University in 1961.
In 1964 he graduated from the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan in Tashkent.
In 1965, at the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR (Tashkent city) he defended his Ph.D. thesis "Some questions of gravitational and compensating fields".
In 1981 he defended his doctoral dissertation "The problem of measuring observed and physical effects in the general theory of relativity" and the following year, consolidated in the title of doctor of physical and mathematical sciences.
During 1964-1968 he worked as a junior researcher, during 1968-1986 he was a senior research fellow during the years 1986-1987 as a leading researcher, in 1987-1988 he was head of the field theory field and in 1988-1992. Head of the Laboratory of Theory of the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR.
In 1989 he received the title of professor.
Since 1992 he has worked as a professor at the Simferopol State University. During 1993-1994 and 1988-2005 he was the head of the Department of Theoretical Physics, and then in 2012 he was a professor of the department. He read disciplines "Theoretical mechanics", "Gravitation" and "Fundamentals of the general theory of relativity".
During 1994-1995 he was a deputy to the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, since 1995 he served as the chairman of the Standing Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on parliamentary ethics and organization of the work of the Verkhovna Rada, and in 1995-1997 he was chairman of the Standing Committee.
The Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on national policy and issues of deported citizens, in 1997-1998 he served as Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
For some time he was a delegate to the Kurultay of the Crimean Tatar people. During 1999-2005
he was chairman of the Millet social and political movement.
In 2005 he was promoted to the Honored Education Worker of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
He died on March 11, 2018 in Simferopol city.
The field of scientific interests of a scientist is gravitation, the theory of relativity, field theory. He is the author of over 1OO scientific papers.
