Main actors in astronomy research in the country  There are 7 Research Institutes in the structure of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NAS of Ukraine), 2 Research Institutes in the structure of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sport of Ukraine (MESYS of Ukraine); 15 astronomical observatories and Departments in the structure of the Universities of the MESYS of Ukraine; 1 Private Astronomical Observatory play a main role in the development and teaching Astronomy in Ukraine.
The XPM Catalog  Absolute proper motions of 280 million stars distributed all over the sky without gaps in the magnitude range 10m < V <20m on the basis of combined data from 2MASS and USNO-A2.0 catalogues.
MAO NASU Plate Archive   Digital archive of MAO NAS of Ukraine (GPA) comprises data of about 26 thousands of direct photographic plates, obtained with 14 instruments in 9 observational sites, and more than 2000 digital images of different resolution available via GPA search pages.
Mykolaiv AO Plate Archive   Digital archive of Mykolaiv Aastronomical Observatory (MykAO) includes astronomical data obtained during observations with photo plates and CCD frames. The digitization of the archive is near its completion. Digitized images are available via a web browser and Aladin.
AO LNU Plate Archive   Astronomical Observatory of Lviv National University (AO LNU) is the owner of valuable archive that stores approximately 8 000 of photographic plates from 1939, including nearly 6 000 direct images of the northern sky. The archive is partly digitized and images are available via the joint search pages of AO LNU and MAO NASU.
IRA UTR-2 catalogue of RS   The very-low frequency sky survey of discrete sources has been obtained in the Institute of Radio Astronomy of the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences (Kharkov, Ukraine) with the UTR-2 radio telescope at a number of the lowest frequencies used in contemporary radio astronomy within the range from 10 to 25 MHz.
Mykolaiv AO stellar catalogues   27 astrometric stellar catalogues of Mykolaiv Aastronomical Observatory (MykAO) in VOTable format are available for downloading
AO KNU Historic Plate Archive   AO KNU glass collection contains about 20 thousand photographic plates. Historical part of the archive was received during 1898-1946 and now is being digitized.

VOPlot v1.8 Beta 
VOPlot v1.8Beta includes many enhancements and bug fixes. To name a few v1.8Beta supports multi-grid plots for 2D Scatter-Plot which allows the user to have multiple plots having grid size from 1x1 to 3x3 in a single window. Paginated view is added to see data in tabular format which allows user to navigate systematically. Provision to label Lat/Long lines is also added. Users can now plot a cumulative histogram for all histogram types. VOPlot 1.8Beta shows the metadata of a FITS file instantaneously while the actual loading happens in background. VOPlot v1.8Beta also provides better handling of "faulty data" while parsing an ASCII file.

He was born October 15, 1965 in the Berezno city of Rivne region of the Ukrainian SSR.

In 1990 he graduated from the I. I. Mechnikov Odessa State University.

In 2003 he defended his Ph.D. thesis on "The variability, structure and spectrum of radio emission of active nuclei of galaxies at observations of RT-22 CRAO and other radio telescopes" at the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. M. S. Nesterov was a scientific leader.

In 2010 he defended the doctoral dissertation "Non-stationary radiation of extragalactic sources by observations in the microwave range" at the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Employee of the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory since 1990. At first he worked as a trainee researcher, then a junior researcher, researcher, he is senior researcher since 2006, deputy director of scientific work since 2005.

He is a member of the world-wide Euroasian Astronomical Society", the International Astronomical Union and the Group for the Coordination of Synoptic Surveys of the Sun; Member of editorial boards of scientific professional editions "Bulletin of the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory", "Infocommunication and Radioelectronic Technologies", "Microwave Engineering and Telecommunication Technologies".

Since 2015 he is a professor at the basic department of astrophysics and space physics at the Physical-Technical Institute of the V. I. Vinnadsky Crimean State University at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory. Representative of the scientific school "Sun and Solar System".

In 2000, the scientist became the winner of the E.P. Fedorov prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for a series of works "Theory and practice of using the method of radio interferometry with long bases (RNDB) in astronomy and geodynamics", in 2004 the winner of the 1 st Ukrainian Academy Award the contest "Science and Innovations to Society", in 2005 the laureate of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Award in the nomination" The best work on modern achievements in the field of physical sciences". In 2006, he was awarded the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine diploma "Science and Innovation" for the work of the Seventh Continent as a supplier of energy resources and a groundplate for peasants". In 2008 he received the title of "Laureate of the Contest" and the diploma of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine "Science and Innovation", in 2009, the diploma of the Astronomical Association. In 2012, he received the Russian Academy of Sciences prize for the research cycle "Russian-Ukrainian network of space geodesy and geodynamics stations", and also received a thanks to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, an honorary diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, an honorary diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science in 2007, and badges "For scientific achievements" in 2009, "Honorary worker of the space industry" in 2008, honorary title "Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Republic of Crimea" in 2012.

Since 2016 he has been a senior researcher, professor at the Basic Department of Astrophysics and Space Physics of the V. I. Vernadsky Institute of Physics and Technology in the Simferopol city. He teaches students the courses "Radio interferometers with an ultralong base" and "Methods of radio astronomy in astrometry and geodynamics".

Scientific work concerns the study of the active nuclei of galaxies, the study of planets and asteroids of the solar system, geophysics. On the basis of the obtained observational data and the performed researches about 350 printed articles were published, including in 4 monographs, and in the press.

He has performed a number of important works in the field of space research, widely known in the country and abroad. A number of first-class scientific results have been obtained - from the study of active nuclei of galaxies and objects of the solar system, to the study, movement of continents and the creation of scientific programs for space projects. to continue with higher sensitivity of research of ultrathin structure of sources of cosmic radio radiation, to define global geodynamic phenomena for the first time Eurasian Tectonic Plate and the Crimean Peninsula (horizontal and vertical components of velocity), start observing asteroids, terrestrial planets, monitoring space debris by combining methods of radio interferometry with ultralong bases and classical radar. He has done pioneering work on solving fundamental problems of astrophysics - studying the physics of phenomena in quasars and active nuclei of galaxies, their nuclear nuclei, the study of energy release, its variability in compact central regions of extragalactic sources. The world's only database of variability of active galaxy nuclei in centimeter and millimeter wavelength ranges has been obtained.

Long-term monitoring of nonstationary phenomena in the active nuclei of galaxies allowed us to determine both the spectral characteristics of changes in fluxes and the dynamic parameters of the system from supermassive black holes. According to the obtained experimental data, a class of objects consisting of two close supermassive black holes and a central accretion disk was determined. He co-authored with M. G. Larionov proposed a concept in which the problem of energy release in the active nuclei of galaxies is considered in combination with the dynamic characteristics of a double supermassive black hole. at accretion on a disk of the central body. The RT-22 has the opportunity to conduct research on almost all space masers. It should be noted that only a few radio telescopes in the world have such opportunities for observations. For the first time in the CIS, he began work on the study of maser lines in comets.
