Biography:

He was born on March 20, 1963 in Rogatin city of the Ivano-Frankivsk region of the Ukrainian SSR.

During 1980-1985 he was a student of the Department of Astronomy at the Faculty of Physics of the T. G. Shevchenko Kiev Order of Lenin State University.

In the 80 years of the XX century, together with Yatskiv Ya. S., they compared a variety of coordinates of the pole of the Earth derived from the laser location of the LAGEOS in the main company of the MERIT project. The estimates of the variance of the coordinates of the pole, on which various variants of the combined series of these coordinates are constructed, and estimation of their accuracy are found. The results can be used for constructing free rows of Earth rotation parameters.

In 1991, he defended his Ph.D. thesis "Comparison and integration of various rows of definitions of Earth's rotation parameters" at the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and received his Ph.D. degree in Physics and Mathematics.

Since 2008 he has been working in the Ukrainian network of stations of space geodesy and geodynamics, led by the laboratory "Ukrainian Center for determining the parameters of the Earth's rotation", which was part of the astrometry and space geodynamics department of the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine until 2016. During 2011-2015 he was the executor of the duty Head of Laboratory. He is a lecturer of the Department of Astronomy and Space Physics of the Faculty of Physics of the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.

In mid-September 2021 he defended at the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences "Models of global geodynamics and their testing according to satellite observations" in the specialty 05.07.12 - remote aerospace research.
