Biography:
He was born on October 5, 1926 in Zlatopil city of Kirovohrad region of Ukrainian SSR.
In 1955 he graduated from the All-Union Correspondence Polytechnic Institute, Moscow City.
In 1969 he defended his dissertation "Research of discrete sources and the solar corona in the range of 20-4 MHz" at the Gorky Kharkiv State University.
In 1989 he defended his doctoral dissertation "Study of decameter radio radiation from the Sun and near-solar plasma".
He died on February 28, 2001.
The field of scientific work of the scientist is the physics of the Sun, the Solar Crown and its study by the methods of decameter radio astronomy.
